Grass-fed Beef
Since our barn fire several years ago, we have discontinued raising grass-fed beef ourselves. However, in our local network of farmers, we have many contacts with others who raise such animals. We buy from this network in order to supply our customers with a complete line of healthier, more sustainably-raised meats. All beef is USDA inspected and available frozen, by the cut, during our regularly scheduled "Meat Days" at Tait Farm. See the Calendar section for details.
